We hope you enjoyed the snow last week. It was exciting to see the athletic field being used as a snowfield with forts being built and snowballs being tossed. Everyone was enjoying the snowfield! The Cadman Park Conservancy cannot thank Councilmember Restler enough for funding this well-used athletic field in response to community advocacy with the support from Brooklyn Parks Commissioner Martin Mahar.
Cadman Plaza Park Oval Reconstruction Update:
The official word from NYC Parks is that they’re anticipating a Spring completion. Construction has been delayed due to inclement weather conditions postponing work operations.
