While this is truly exciting it is discouraging to see dog owners continuing to use the field as a dog run, ignoring signage, Conservancy board members request to not allow pets on field and contributing to the destruction of the field.  Pep officers are spread thin through the Borough and cannot be posted in Cadman Plaza Park full time.  Pep Officers when in Cadman, will be issuing tickets to dog owners disrespecting the AstroTurf rules.
